The service was great for my first time as a patient here, very understanding staff that were thankfully patient with me since I don't do well with needles. One of my complaints is how everything is digitally automated to access this location's service. All of the Quest Diagnostics locations rely on a single phone number that forces you to talk with an automated machine; I requested for an agent or representative to speak with after the voice machine was frustrating me with navigation options and not hearing me clearly, but ... read more
Liz was amazing!!!!!!!! She kindly took leadership independently (it was not my request) of the situation and moved mountains in my daughter's behalf. The technician was not able to come in for the day and asked to reschedule. I called and had the honor of speaking with Liz. She was able call different facilities and looked at their schedules, called them in our behalf and got us booked the same day! GIVE LIZ A RAISE!!!!!
