our tech was very helpful, patient and answered all of my 10 year old daughters questions. she made it very easy for her and was very pleasant the entire time. Outstanding experience for both my daughter and I.
I really like this location in Orange, it's on my way to work so I don't have to make any detours. I really appreciate that they have appointments early in the morning. My phlebotomist was Diana! She was the sweetest thing and had amazing bed side maner! She had such a positive and caring attitude. She was such a delight to have as my phlebotomist. I would highly recommend this Quest off of Main St. in Orange.
Checked in 10 min before a 7 am appt was called at 655 tech was friendly efficient made sure I was ok. all info was correct before and after draw definitely will keep using this location.
Vin was a very skilled phlebotomist. Usually I feel faint and anxious about a blood draw but he was so good I didn't feel the needle at all. However, there was an issue finding my insurance information in the system, so I had to pay out of pocket $500 which was very frustrating - especially as the Quest Diagnostics website said my insurance was accepted.
I have my blood drawn once per quarter, and Quest makes it very easy. I can schedule the appointment online, and with so many offices near me, it’s easy to find a time that works for me. I can check in online when I arrive, and the wait isn’t too long. The technicians/phlebotomists are professional and efficient. This time, my results were sent to me the next day!
