I cannot remember my exact physicians name I think it was Ron or Don or a three letter name. Asian older man from Vietnam I think. I have an extreme fear of needles and really hate getting blood drawn and avoid at all costs, his draw was the best experience I ever had, excellent draw, and really caring guy. He brought me to a room where I could lay down for it incase I fainted and gave me a pillow. His draw was very gentle and I genuinely barely even felt it despite all the anxiety. What a joke this lab is. I have to go to regular lab visits for my kidney. I was at UCI labs for a long time. Now my nephrologist is saying that they dont contract with UCI so I have to go to Quest. Appointment was at 630 AM. Was there at 6:25. First no one at the front desk. Two Ipad check in stations. They want your DL and Ins cards. Shouldnt this already be on file? So they call me in at 6:38 AM. Tech starts pulling up orders on his screen. It takes 15 minutes for him to do the lab paperwork. Why? He should just be drawin... read more
Van was very good at drawing blood; barely felt a thing. there was no one to check patients in, instead they had kiosks which was fine. I only paid five dollars but they said they also might send me a bill if insurance doesn't cover it… Wish I had that info right away but not sure it's an issue with Quest. had a 10:20 appointment and was out by 10:35 Diana was nice; appointment was 11:30, left by 11:53
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful experience at this lab with our 9-year-old daughter’s blood draw. The staff was kind and professional, and Diana was absolutely amazing—she gently distracted our daughter, made her feel comfortable, and did everything quickly and skillfully. There were only two people ahead of us, so we barely had to wait, and the whole place was exceptionally clean. For a medical lab, it had a surprisingly warm and welcoming atmosphere.
