I had always good experiences at Quest. Today I took my daughter for lab work because she not feeling well. I had this awful tech who start raising voice at me front of my child because she want me to spell name of my child father but I guess I was not fast enough for her taste. My child was shocked and I can see how upset she was and scared at the same time because that was her first experience at Quest. Went there today for 3 Pm walk in. Profit driven. My labs were PREVANTATIVE. CBC BMP and cholesterol labs. They were coded PREVENTATIVE. OC Quest tried to charge me $50 prior to drawing. Then they billed me $35. Why? It's $35 but it is the principal. It's preventative. I had it resubmitted to my insurance but because ive heard nothing in a month, and I called Quest and they supposedly put a 90 day hold on my account while the insurance and Quest "figured it out" but NO WHERE on my account online does it show a 90 day hold.
