Scarlet and Della were amazing!!! 5 stars for these two ladies alone. I had a 3 hour glucose test that I was extremely anxious about and they were both VERY caring and made me feel better about it. I'm so glad to have had these two supportive ladies get me through this. Cannot thank them enough. Please pass on my sincere gratitude. Also wait time was great (with appointment). I have already highly recommended this Quest based on my last two visits (both of which Della drew my blood with such care). Thank you!!
Granted, I always make an appointment for routine blood draws, but I come here in lieu of the Deland location because I have consistently had a good experience. Not very painful and quick- seems like staff are well trained for the most part. The blonde female with glasses is one of the kindest people I have ever met in a medical setting, which is very nice when you're getting stuck with an uncomfortable needle!!!
Friendly, caring, courteous, on time, Expedient, great experience.
