Very efficient. Didn’t have to wait long.
Arrived early at 2pm for my appointment at 230pm and checked in. Then I had to watch 7 people go in before me on the tv screen because they have no one but a kiosk to check in. These people that were over a half hour to hour late for their appointment, checked in after me and proceeded to be taken ahead of me.
