I was there for glucose and I always get sick. Katie was great! No digging or double sticking. And the best part was she had me out of there before my 15 minutes of free parking expired!
I came in for a routine blood exam at this small Quest Diagnostics location inside Providence Hospital. Just a heads-up, the adjacent parking structure requires payment. I booked my appointment online and was seen promptly at my scheduled time. My phlebotomist, Katie, was wonderful—she was incredibly nice and had exceptional technique, making the process smooth and painless. All of the staff members were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location.
My experience from beginning to end was a positive enjoyful visit especially with Katie. She made me feel at home from our first interaction. Blood draw was quick and painless with her. Never had a better phlebotomist than her in my entire life. She was awesome and makes me want to come back to this particular Quest Patient Service Center. Location was easy to find: on the first foor. Only inconvenience is the payment required for parking tho. Not a fan of that.
