Firstly, Quest is the only lab I know of that eliminated front desk staff so you end up walking into a waiting room with two tablets and no one to guide you thru the process. Secondly, if you’re not going to have a real person out there, get a display that lists the people waiting to be seen so you at least somewhat know where you stand on timing. I went as a walk-in. I know you take care of the appointments first. Nevertheless, I was waiting for two hours and I couldn't get in. I had to leave because one nurse told me that I could easily be waiting for two more hours. I'm sure you can figure it out a system better than this.
Very easy check in. Quick and efficient.
Overall, the experience was good—not amazing, but solid. The wait time was reasonable, and the staff member who drew my blood was pleasant and professional. My only real complaint is about the paid parking at this location. Most Quest locations offer free parking, so it's unfortunate that this one doesn’t. That said, it's also one of the few locations open on the weekend, which is definitely a plus for those with busy weekday schedules.
