The technician was marvelous. However, there were only 2 staff as 2 others called in sick, and the computers went down. So, an appt. scheduled for 12:10 turned into an appt. that didn't occur until 1:15.
I can't say enough good things about my recent experience at Quest and it's all because of the care and professionalism of the tech Pam. They were short-staffed and she did not appear rushed or stressed. I appreciated that as i am one of those guys that passes out when needles penetrate my body. I had a lot of tests and vials of blood to collect. It couldn't have gone better because of her skills and demeanor. I appreciated that and hope I can be lucky enough to get her in the future. I think she deserves a raise.
Keana was my phlebotomist and did a great job. She kept the conversation light to keep my mind off the needle poke. I also love how quickly I get my results.
Absolutely zero urgency. Very inconvenient for service people trying to get their tests done quickly in the middle of their work day
