My Quest representative was friendly and professional! She made my visit very enjoyable! This is not always the case when you access healthcare in the US! Facility was very functional and clean. Wait time was just a few minutes (5-7). Kiosk registration was very straightforward and easy to use. Well done!
I needed labs done for a rare, special test that my doctor’s office couldn’t run in-house, so they found a local testing center that could. A few weeks ago, I went in with my lab orders and was helped by a younger woman (glasses, hair in a bun). She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and told me she “couldn’t find my test,” then refused to draw my labs—even though I had official orders in hand. Staff has absolutely no sense of urgency or respect for the time of their clients. They force people to wait absurd amounts of time for walk-in drug tests when every other clinic gets to people immediately
My employer needs a test and they can't manage to keep track of there system apparently. I now have to waste another half a day due to them losing my test. Not sure how you manage that. These affect people's lives one way or another.
Not very professional. FedEx package showing date, time and place arrived at my home 2 hours after I had already completed the appointment.
