Add an appointment at noon today 30 minutes later nobody's even come out to talk to me. I had to get back to work but I talked to the people around me and one girl have been there for 3 hours waiting to get in. I don't know why anybody would use this diagnostic center.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to have my labs drawn by Chris. She is always such a friendly face, always smiling and knowledgeable about tests through quest labs. She always treats each client like a family member and for someone who does not like needles like myself her phlebotomy skills are amazing and painless!

Waited an hour with an appointment. At least five people without one came in after me and were called in before me. No one to ask for help at the front.

The process is highly automated and it would ... read more

2hr wait for a drug screening is insane, employers should be able to create a QR code for them to schedule your appointments out. My phone is almost dead from waiting and it’s been 2hrs. I have the barcode in my phone for the screening as well. They have been doing blood work before our appointments as well. Worst place ever.
