Keana was my phlebotomist and did a great job. She kept the conversation light to keep my mind off the needle poke. I also love how quickly I get my results.
Absolutely zero urgency. Very inconvenient for service people trying to get their tests done quickly in the middle of their work day
My Quest representative was friendly and professional! She made my visit very enjoyable! This is not always the case when you access healthcare in the US! Facility was very functional and clean. Wait time was just a few minutes (5-7). Kiosk registration was very straightforward and easy to use. Well done!
I needed labs done for a rare, special test that my doctor’s office couldn’t run in-house, so they found a local testing center that could. A few weeks ago, I went in with my lab orders and was helped by a younger woman (glasses, hair in a bun). She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and told me she “couldn’t find my test,” then refused to draw my labs—even though I had official orders in hand. Staff has absolutely no sense of urgency or respect for the time of their clients. They force people to wait absurd amounts of time for walk-in drug tests when every other clinic gets to people immediately
