This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any medical office in my life. I signed in as a walk in and it gave me a wait time of 30-60 min. We sat there in and empty lobby, with no one else on the waitlist before us, for over an hour after watching them let out other patients. Having counted there were AT LEAST 2 technicians sitting in the back without patients trying to wait us out so they didn’t have to service us. Worst testing experience I’ve had in 40 years. I waited an hour despite arriving and registering time. There was zero communication from the staff. When we first encountered the staff they were rude and defensive. The first nurse missed my veins. Totally mismanaged and unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs.
Doors locked over an hour before closing. Why even have business hours?
