I had a good experience there. Friendly interaction with the staff member I had, she was very helpful. The waiting room is very clean and I was able to hang out in there while I waited for my ride to show up. I will definitely be going back.
My experience at this quest was fantastic. I made an appointment a couple days ahead of time, and was called within minutes of my arrival time. My technician/phlebotomist was a super sweet lady and I couldn’t even tell my blood was taken after my appointment. Would recommend this quest again.
The phlebotomist that took care of me was outstanding. Professional in every aspect.
This is literally the most dysfunctional place I've ever been to. They always see me at least 10 minutes after my appointment time but when I was late by 5 minutes they cancelled my appointment. There always the same lady there who is so incredibly rude every time and the amount of mental breakdowns ive had because of this place is unbelievable. I do still need to go here for my bloodwork but I wish it wasnt so miserable. I am just so done with this place I hope someone does something.
