Quest in Okee by the hospital did great - I had trouble at the Palm City Quest
Absolutely the worst customer service ever today. I spent 20 minutes, trying to talk to somebody when the lady rudely came out and shut the door in my face. My husband and I both had appointment scheduled for today as well as my daughter I came early to just confirm my daughter was on the schedule cause we didn’t show it on our app. I tried to talk to someoneAfter waiting 20 minutes, they just walked out and shut the door in my face So I left and canceled my appointments and we’ll go somewhere else
It was seamless! In and out. Friendly staff. Didn't feel a thing! Extremely satisfied!
