UPDATE: Went back to this Quest office last week, and had another great experience with Rio - keep up the great work!! I've been to this Quest office 5 or 6 times, and always have a great experience. Little or no waiting time for service and great technicians! Rio, my technician yesterday, was great! She was very professional, efficient, kind, and made the experience pleasurable! Keep up the great work!
Can't get a real person to ask if they take our insurance on the phone. Everything is automated. Had to call my own Insurance to see if they are accepted. Can't get a person on the phone to make an appointment. Has to be booked online or walk-in. Walking in still no person to talk to for checking in. You get a kiosk.
They are always short staffed. They are very slow and never get thru the list of walk ins. Very unprofessional
