My daughter is 10 years old and is battling cancer. She received a clinician that was obviously green and wasn't properly trained on how to work the computer system or have any bedside manner. My daughters labs where requested and qualified as STAT and were not processed until the following day making them incorrect and requiring us to drive to Rady the next day for another blood draw. Totally unacceptable! This is the second time we have had a delay when the lab was ordered as STAT. We will NOT be coming back.
Excellent staff, nice environment. Rio was nice and kind.
