Easy, fast, convenient. The phlebotomist who assisted me was excellent: professional and friendly.
This particular lab and the phlebotomists who work there deserve a far better rating than they have right now. This is the place to go if you are a hard stick, people. I have been to several other Quest diagnostic labs, and I have had multiple appointments derailed because I am a hard stick, and a lot of the other phlebotomists cannot draw blood from me without a lot of difficulty. I bought the Function lab test and came here to have urine and 15 vials of blood drawn. I have to say I cannot rant and rave about how efficient this lab is and how amazing my phlebotomist Vikki was. She is so nice and a PRO! Gentle and lightening speed. I have a couple more draws I need done and want to see her even though this location is out of my way.
Our son on a spectrum, non-verbal, had a bad experience with blood draws. He had been poked many times before.. But today's experience is different! Ms. Neri made a difference! She is an excellent sharp-shooter! God bless her! Other staffs too are very accomodating
Quest is horrible in general as most people are well aware of but apparently this location is notorious for employees not showing up to work and becoming so understaffed wait times are 3+ hours. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning here or to any quest again.
