Rio, my phlebotomist, was excellent! She was so efficient, professional and kind and so quick with the blood draw with minimal discomfort. My reason for 1 star off is quest needs to have someone to handle schedule and admin issues - another phlebotomist had to deal with a man almost shouting in the waiting area about his wait time and that delays everyone’s service. Having one person to handle payment, insurance and scheduling while you are in the waiting area would be much more efficient and a better patient experience. Oth... read more
I had Rio as my phlebotomist and was extremely satisfied with her. She was very personable, did a great job with finding the vein and made sure I understood what was happening with processing the sample. I was in and out very quickly.
Don’t go. I had to wait an hour to drop off a urine that was labeled and checked in. Ridiculous process.
