It has been nearly 3 hours waiting as a walk-in and there is no sign anything will change soon. Arrived shortly after 8am on a Friday. Be warned. Period dependant appointments cannot be scheduled in advance. You cannot schedule a day 3 period test when your period has not started yet. Mine started 6 days later than my tracking app said it would, as we are not robots. Ridiculous. Last time I arrived around lunch it was not this bad, and my tech did a great draw. Too bad.
I needed some last-minute blood work and arrived as a walk-in at 7am. While there were two kiosks available, there wasn’t anyone at the desk to check in with, so I booked the earliest appointment I could for 11am (unfortunately nothing was available online earlier). When I returned, I was seen right on time and finished within 15 minutes. Brenda was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you for making the process so smooth!
