So unprofessional..
The staff here is extremely lazy and close early
Just brought my elderly mother their for an appointment. We got there for her appointment time but there was no answer at the door. This was 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time. Very disrespectful of other people's time.
I have always loved Quest Diagnostics at Backus Hospital. Everyone is respectful and gentle. I will always pick Quest Diagnostics.
