I am really bad about needles. I don't like them. However, the girl who took my blood was excellent at her job. She talked to me and told me what she was doing. Then she started talking to me about random things and she was done before I knew it. I didn't even bruise at the site. I was very impressed how she managed to be professional while still being friendly and relaxing me. I will be going to Quest for all my bloodwork.
I had a great experience. She was very nice to me and patient and kind thank you so much. She did a great job with poking me with the needle to do blood work.
