Most excellent service. Friendly and professional.
This place is a great fiasco 10 minute no person in the lobby I am the only person and 2 lady's inside and didn't call me
They did not report my results to me or my provider. Their portal states results are in process for routine labwork, still pending after 5 days. Customer service supposed to email me results, never sent them to me. Chat bot useless....and no answer from a message I generated on their portal. Ridiculous! I wouldn't use this service if I wasn't forced by insurance and my employer. Second call to customer service and still holding after 12 minutes.
