I was absolutely disgusted with how Quest handled a simple and obvious spelling error on my first name, and refused to use common sense. As the nurse was entering information from the blood test request order form into the computer, the nurse asked me my first name. Then she asked me the spelling. She then informed me my first name was mis-spelled on the order form. It was one letter different (e.g. Matt vs. Mat).
