I’ve never had any problems here and the phlebotomists are always really friendly. I got to my appointment right on time and it only took about 10 minutes for them to call me back and then after that it was super quick. The automated appointment system is great and makes things fast for both patient and phlebotomist as it avoids the hassle of waiting and calling.
Lance was very nice and helpful. I couldn’t even feel the needle when he took blood. 10/10 bedside manner as well.
Very respectful employees. They helped me get what I needed done and in a great time frame!
I am unable to see anyone at the front desk. I am unable to make an appointment after I call. I'm unable to make an appointment after I try to log in online.
Greg was so wonderful. He took care of the issues I had with billing when I went to a different Quest location and was understanding and kind.
