This entire process was extremely efficient. You get to make an appointment on the phone through an automated system & check in online before you walk in, if you'd like. My appointment was at 10:30am & I was finished & in my jeep at 10:34am.

The Quest Diagnostics lab tech was truly an angel! My elderly mom had been scheduled for a blood test but we forgot to take the doctor's manual test order with us when we arrived the lab. The tech was very kind and understanding. She immediately called the doctor office and asked for an electronic transmission of the order. We were then put on a brief and totally reasonable hold until she received the order and completed a perfect and least painful blood drawn. We are so grateful for the excellent service!
The phlebotomists are friendly. I went on line and scheduled my blood draw. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
