Check-in online through the text message I had received earlier in the morning. As soon as I entered, my name was called (approximate 2-3 minutes after checking in). The MA that drew my blood was very professional, we engaged in small talk, she completed the paper work and started to draw my blood. Within 3-5 minutes the process was completed and I went on my way. Short, Sweet and To the Point.
Was able to make an appointment via website same day. Appt was at 1:50. Checked in at 1:45 and was seen at 1:51. I had to bring my toddler with me and the staff member was so kind. I was in and out pretty quick.
Very, very friendly while being totally efficient when drawing blood. Checked in online, they texted me when to come in, no waiting more than 3-5 minutes. Hard for me to find site online, but that’s probably me. Going back next week, choose this office (100 E. 120th, Northglenn ) over hospital of my PCP.

Phlebotomist Mrs. Jones did an absolutely painless blood draw and was so efficient.
