I don't think it's ever fun having to do lab work, but the folks here are super friendly and good at what they do!
There is not a person to speak to. The tablets to sign in are old and don’t react to every touch so signing in is delayed. If you have to use the restroom you will be skipped in line and have to be put at the end of the line adding 30-60 min. 2 min restroom after waiting 30 min- an hour. You can’t use your cell phone so you have to memorize your insurance or you are skipped again and have to wait another 30-60 min. I absolutely love Quest Diagnostics! I pick a date and time that works for my schedule, go in, get my labs drawn and then within 24 hours the results are available on the Quest App. This is the best Lab experience I have ever had!!! I wish all Labs were as effective and efficient as Quest. Quest is definitely an industry leader!!!
I've used Quest for years. Their expertise is exceptional. The facilities are always clean albiet a bit chilly. Recommend wearing a sweater for appointments.Tend to have a sterile appearing waiting rooms and no employee presence which is disturbing but the appointments are so quick, it hardly matters.
