Lack of front desk Initially, I had a very frustrating experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. There was no front desk staff available to assist or answer any questions, and the check-in process felt confusing and impersonal. When I tried asking one of the technicians for help, (Rudy) she was dismissive and rude, making me feel like a burden rather than a patient. Basic courtesy and communication were completely lacking. Fast and very PROFESSIONAL
With the appointment app, in and out in less than 15 minutes
The facility was very clean and sterile looking. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had to get a lot of blood taken and the phlebotomist took her time and found a good bit vain. I didn’t even bruise. I usually bruise and she did a fabulous job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Quest at the North Naples location near N Naples hospital at 8855 Immokalee Rd was excellent. I always make an appt and never have to wait long. The phlebotemist has always been great. I used to request Farah as she was excellent but she no longer works there.:( However Dasha and Evelyn are also excellent and professional. I've been going there for years every 3 mos. Im diabetic type 1 and get my bloodwork done every 3 mos. So having a place I can rely on is very important to me. Also my regular bloodwork tests always get to... read more
