The staff was great. I had made, and confirmed an appointment, but the system lost that appointment. Fortunately I had my confirmation info. I checked the Quest website and it showed no appointments, and sharing my confirmation, their bot showed one at 5pm (??). Once I checked in at the kiosk using the confirmation my confirmed appointment reappeared. Based on what I saw, most of their customers would not do that, and would have been disappointed. Be sure to keep your confirmation info because the system may not.
Your phlebotomist was unfriendly, never smiled, didn't initiate or engage in conversation. If someone is going to stick a needle in your arm, they should at least ask you how you're doing. She was the most unpleasant employee I have had the displeasure of being serviced by. Appt. 9/10/2025, room 3, Aliante Quest.
Your staff at Aliante are friendly and welcoming. Aliante is my favorite Quest center.
