Had a booked appointment for 12/23 at the North Fort Meyers location. Then received a message the appointment was cancelled by them. No explanation no rebooking by them. Drove by it a few days ago to find they had closed the branch altogether. No further information as to if they had relocated to a close by facility. Nothing. Seems they also closed the one on Delprado Blvd. as well. What's going on?
Can't speak to a human all run by computer. They call and cancel and the computer speaks in a way you can't enderstand anything. I will never go there again they get a zero from me. I would rather get teeth pulled than try to make an appointment with them. No customer service at all. It's like a dog mill. I never went to such a horrible place. Go to get labs at a hospital. This place sucks.

Always make appointments 6 weeks or more in advance. Had one earlier this year canceled via text the night before appointment because ‘it would be closing permanently’. It was open two days later. Booked another appointment for 6:45 am this morning. Received text last night canceling it again. Same reason. Rebooked appointment for the same location for tomorrow. Just got a reminder for it. I recently made an appointment for Quest located at 16251 N Cleveland Ave #10. I made this appointment on September 27th for a November 20th 7:15 am time slot. Apparently my appointment was cancelled and I wasn't called or emailed, I schedule my appt for Saturday as I work crazy hours. I've been going here for several years with no problems ever. If this is how quest does there business then count me out! Worst place ever to get your labs!!! Don't go here...... They'll F you over and do whilst smiling at you! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
