Yikes. The woman who helped me was terrible. Very rude and short. She barely spoke to me, kept talking to another employee across the room. No greeting hello to me, no greeting goodbye. Human decency isn’t hard. Two stars because there was no wait, so that’s nice.
I understand this is standard Quest procedure to ask patient to choose which paynment option he/she likes. But why is it necessary when patient has Medicare and Medigap (the secondary payer)? I have been asked every time to give out my credit card info and I had to tell them to bill Medicare.
Julissa was the best blood drawer I've ever had. She was very nice to talk too as well Thanks Julissa!
