Needed a tb screening, filled out for an appointment online, get there they told me they can’t do it through my insurance. I have to pay $130 out of pocket to do the blood test. They don’t do the screening on paper. They need to specify this online before wasting people’s time, and gas. Just lure you in to try to get a lot of money out of you.

I use this location every 3 months for my Function Health blood draw which usually involves 10 to 20 tubes drawn. They run on time every time I go. Check in is automated and easy. The lab tech who draws my blood is very kind and friendly and excellent at what she does. I should know her name but I'm terrible with names. I would highly recommend this Newport News location and Quest Labs for lab testing.

This is how a business should be run. We checked in at the kiosk, and were take to the back to a sparkling clean room in under 2 minutes. April was pleasant, professional, and very kind to my 94 yo Dad. She took blood/urine and we were on our way home in 10 minutes tops. My thanks to Quest for a well managed business with a great employee in April.

Jamirah S. was terrific. I didn't come prepared but she helped me print the documents I forgot at home, and was very patient and helpful.
