Arrived a little early before my 9:30am appointment. Thought I would have to wait. Before I knew it Debbie called my name to take care of me. She was great. Debbie was courteous, friendly and professional. Great clean location 66 Cedar St Newington. I would definitely go back to this location.

This lab posts that they are not open on Saturday, but apparently in the past few weeks they now do have hours from 8:00 am to noon on Saturdays. I called the Quest Patient Advocacy line to ask them to correct their website but it's still reporting the incorrect information. Phlebotomists here are good, just please give the public the correct info.
Maria was amazing! She took me back as soon as she was done with the person before me. She was very patient with me while I emailed her my lab slip, which she had no problem printing out. I expressed to her that I couldn't look while she drew my blood and was very understanding of that. She told me she will use the tiniest needle, talked me through it and was very sympathetic when we were done. The process was pain free and easy!
