Our phlebotomist, Yonette, was so caring and wonderful with our son. She is the reason we always book his appointments with Quest even though our hospital's preferred lab is Labcore.
The staff are nice folks, but the pricing is too high.
By far the most incompetent staff i have had the pleasure of dealing with. You can schedule an appointment and they will change it just prior to your original appointment time. Then the will take other appointments prior to you, because you are now a walk in. Then they refuse to apologize or explain what the issue was
