I made an appointment at the Newburgh location. I followed the instructions and checked in when I got there. I met a very cheerful phlebotomist who took excellent care of me! Her name is Lisa and she was gentle, professional and very kind, making the experience of giving up 5 vials of blood a pleasant experience!
Our phlebotomist, Yonette, was so caring and wonderful with our son. She is the reason we always book his appointments with Quest even though our hospital's preferred lab is Labcore.
The staff are nice folks, but the pricing is too high.
