Staff is great , no long waiting. I make my appointment ahead of time online.
Horrible experience. I made an appointment online and was told by the phlebotomist after being called into the room that my insurance wasn’t found or recognized in their system. Meanwhile my wife had gotten bloodwork there without issue over the summer with our insurance. She had a horrible disposition and was completely unprofessional and rude. Instead of arguing with her I decided to leave. I suggest you do the same!
The phlebotomist was professional, and personable and totally put me at ease. Very appreciative.
