Never received update on technology being down, Had an employers drug test and over an hour behind in appointments with no updates on when i’ll be able to complete my piss test. Ridiculous how they have 1 person running the office with 27 patients waiting in the lobby on a holiday. Really need to step it up with communication they reach out for you to check in but they won’t give an update on how badly they are running late. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Got here early, checked in, check in screen told me to standby and make sure I was in the room 10 minutes prior to the appointment and then proceeded to sit for a full hour waiting for them to still call in people from 11am. They literally were calling 1 person into the back maybe every 10 minutes. I will say it again, slowest service I have ever dealt with just to get some bloodwork done. Never coming here again.
