Stephanie was amazing. She answered all my questions professionally and with patience and took my blood painlessly. SHE gets 5 stars. I only took one star away bc it would be nice for there to be a front desk worker to greet you instead of only a kiosk to do the paperwork ahead of time. An accessible restroom to use while you wait would also be nice.
The waiting process here when having an appointment is ridiculous.
The tech was amazing and upbeat. I enjoyed our conversation, she made the atmosphere of the experience nice and relaxing.
