I really like that I can make an appointment for my blood work. The phlebotomist was excellent at her job. She was friendly and very professional. I did not have to wait more than 5 min for my appointment. Highly recommend.
Quick check in, easy to follow, friendly and efficient phlebotomist. All around positive. Will be happy to have quest be my lab in the future.
Extremely rude and unprofessional
The person taking my blood was very good. It was as painless as possible and easy. In the past, people had trouble finding a vein. She found one immediately.
Awful experience. Very disorganized, my wife waited for 1.5 hours after checking in, with no progress or indication on when she can get her appointment completed. I recommend going elsewhere if you can.
