Great staff. Quiet. Professional warm welcome even from passersby. Clean facilities. Visit was quicker than wait time which wasn’t long at all. First timers: Attend Tablet on left upon entering area.

I came to this location bc its the only one in the city open on a Saturday and I have a Tuesday appt I wanted labs ready for. Location is convenient to me uptown and was very clean and super hospitable. The staff was not only thoughtful and energetic but skillful! Shauna had a toddler blood draw before me and she was so patient and sweet with him and must have had a great stick bc it was so fast! She also nailed me and my deep wiggly veins like a pro. My new favorite location.
I arrived as a walk-in patient and was seen within about 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and I received my results within 24 hours. Great experience overall!
