I arrived as a walk-in patient and was seen within about 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and I received my results within 24 hours. Great experience overall!
The person who took my blood was phenomenal. I'm a cancer patient so I'm used to being poked and having a lot of bruising after. I HAD NO BRUISING THIS TIME!!!! Thank you!!!!

This location on West 125th Street in Harlem is a mixed bag. Some of the phlebotomists are warm and friendly, others distant. Once I am in the blood drawing room, it seems I could write all my memoirs before the phlebotomist was done entering quite a few things into the computer. Also, there should be a receptionist/checkin person as using the kiosk to check in can be time consuming and stressful.
