This place has had a broken bathroom for over a week, yet they’re allowing patients to schedule employment drug testing (which allegedly requires use of their single bathroom, and the test is only available M-F 9am- 3:30pm). Although this bathroom has been broken for over a week, they gave me no prior notice that I will be unable to have this test done due to this broken bathroom. A very friendly and helpful staff is hard to find in NY. They are just that.... I didn't mind waiting as a walk-in.
Appointment was timely manner Phlebotomist was great, HOWEVER, they use 16 gauge needle for a simple bloodwork?! They need to get small butterflies , jesus this needle is huge and absolutely not necessary for the simple bloodwork.
Single handedly THE most unprofessional place you can ever book with; the people are consistently unprofessional, slow, rude and you can get there early and they’ll have you sitting there for thirty minutes waiting to be seen while they chat with other workers and patients (while you gotta get to work) but be 10 minutes late and they will close early and tell you to reschedule which is CRAZY.
