I pick this specific location as it is fairly close to where I live so it's super convenient! I find that the Mobile app for Quest is excellent and very easy to use from a check-in standpoint. With all the various versions of checkin kiosk's, the Quest Mobile check-in is fabulous. All the tech's at this specific location are excellent, courteous and really good at what they do!!!
excellent, quick, clean, kind, skilled - this place is great.
Waiting room totally unsafe: no human in reception, all doors unlocked to the street, only a computer to sign in. AWFUL!!!! Do not go here. Even staff feel unsafe.
There is no receptionist to check in with or ask questions to, just an iPad to check in. The technicians in the back are busy with patients so there is no one to help. Very disappointing there is zero customer service at this location.
