excellent, quick, clean, kind, skilled - this place is great.
Waiting room totally unsafe: no human in reception, all doors unlocked to the street, only a computer to sign in. AWFUL!!!! Do not go here. Even staff feel unsafe.
There is no receptionist to check in with or ask questions to, just an iPad to check in. The technicians in the back are busy with patients so there is no one to help. Very disappointing there is zero customer service at this location.
My aunt had an exceptionally troubling experience at this Quest Diagnostics location and never wants to come here again. Before I continue, I will say that our experience at this location had been very positive until recently. The phlebotomists we've seen have been very skilled and friendly and service was always relatively quick as long as we made appointments beforehand. The tv in the lobby where you wait isso loud that is intrusive and jarring. We asked to have them turn it down and were informed that the staff is not allowed to control the volume and it clearly bothers them as well. It was so beyond loud that we couldn't take it and had to wait outside in the cold rain until they were ready for us. Another woman said it was making her headache so much worse she felt ill. This is an unacceptable waiting room environment.
