I just had the best experience with Renata, she was kind, professional and very sweet. Sadly not very common in NY. Also, I didn’t have an appointment and it was very fast. Great experience in this location.

I was treated by Leticia who was very professional and caring. And this location on the Upper East Side (76th st) is one of the nicest labs in NYC that I have been to. Clean and spacious.
Special thanks to Heticia at this Quest location. Needles and blood draws make me quite uncomfortable, but her and I laughed through it. She made it as painless and easy and quick as possible. The Quest locations closer to my house had bad reviews, so I specifically chose to go to this location. I’m glad I did.
