You MUST make an appointment for a short wait time. With an appointment, my wait times were only about 10 minutes. The techs are all very professional, pleasant and helpful and they’re excellent with blood draws. If you’re a walk-in, they do their best to accommodate you between others with appointments. It’s a pleasant experience for blood work.
Don’t use Quest if there’s a risk you might need to “do #2”. I wonder how they enforce.
The person taking my blood is named Awa, at 115 East 57th street, NYC. She is excellent. She is thorough, careful and so so nice. She made me feel at ease. I am so pleased to write a recommendation for her.
