The woman who took my blood had no idea what she was doing. I told her I had rolling veins and she continued to stick the needle further into my arm causing me immense pain. She also overcharged my credit card for the “copay”.
The testing was not going to be done if I did not present a credit card. Terrible attitude of the technician. No place to wash hands after urinalysis-the water faucet is broken and covered with red tape. The technician Refused to do one of the tests because she did not like the way the referral was written and said I could have written it myself ( it was a TB test with code and doctors stamp). It is UNBELIEVABLE that a medical facility in the USA could be like that.
I have been going here for years, I loved the service, and now I received notice that this location will be closed permanently.
