Check in was easy, seemed like the other tech was nice but the tech that helped me was frustrated by the paperwork and jabbed me pretty intensely for the blood draw, which I think is why the bruising is so much worse that my usual blood draws. Photo shows how bruised I am almost 2 weeks later
Unfortunately, I had several troubling experiences at this location and would recommend others consider alternative labs where care and billing policies are handled more thoughtfully.
I came here for the first time today and had a very positive experience, thanks to Kamal. She was very sweet and skilled with the needle. Highly recommend her as a technician.
