The reason for my visit, just to leave my test I a lab. Unfortunately the personal request me to wait me in line for one hour. The two of them were very rude. Never had this kind of experience in any facilities!
The technician is kind, there is a nurse with black work unit with long curly black hair is rude, when I have been waiting for 80mins with the first appointment in the morning, the nurse ask me just sit and somebody will be with me. When talked to the technician that I have to go, the nurse stands in the way and claimed another patient fold hers has to be seen right away, until the technician has to tell her twice please allow her to see me.
This was not a good experience and I do this quite often . There are way better technicians in other offices around the city
