Stephanie was really nice, respectful, and skilled at phlebotomy.
I had an appointment and didn't wait. The place was clean. Stephanie, my phlebotomist was friendly, attentive, and efficient. She cares about her patients. There was no edema at the spot where she had inserted the needle. I have no blemish on my arm. That's much better than many labs in NYC. Thank you!
