The phlebotomist at Quest on 139 Centre St was phenomenal (I think she was the manager). I am not faint but am usually sensitive to the needles particularly during tube changes, but felt zero pain or pinching despite her drawing six vials of blood. She was efficient and focused, as well as warm and friendly (greeting, jokes/compliments). I waited only a couple minutes before getting called back for the blood draw. Will be going back to this location.
I was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. Place was chaotic, not very clean. There’s no receptionist.
The office was easy to find. Check-in using the kiosk was quick and easy. The tech was kind and provided clear instructions. I will definitely return to this location for other lab needs.
