Very glad that this service center had a reclining chair. Very important - I’m a fainter. Phlebotomist was a good stick. Barely felt it. The staff was patient despite my glucose being abnormally low and me being angry and short fused.
Not the most scenic location, but the woman who drew my blood was incredibly sweet! Check-in was a breeze, and the whole process was super quick (I had an appointment scheduled) — I didn’t even wait a full minute.
I was in and out in legit less than 10 mins! But I was late bc it’s hard to find! Repeat after me: ELEVATOR TO 2ND FLOOR. WALK DOWN LEFT SIDE HALLWAY TO THE DOIR AT THE END. Open door (it may looked closed and it’s probably not) where a green walled room will greet you. Check in on the iPad kiosks.
Very friendly and professional staffs. Waiting time is about 5 mins. Easy check in. Convenient location.
