The woman who drew my blood here (unfortunately I did not get her name) had a bad bedside manner. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to needles, and, after telling her this, she just told me to "calm down" and that it was too early in the morning for her to deal with this. She was not patient or compassionate and did not attempt to put me at ease. I cannot complain about her competency, as she hit my vein on the first try and it was a relatively quick experience.
