After the doors were locked for my appt. in union yesterday, decided to give shenango a shot. Hours on door said m-f 6:30-1130. Showed up at 8:30, doors locked. quest is the worst.

Very fast and professional. I didn’t have an appointment and walked in and was done in 15 minutes. The lady who did my screening was great!
They have been closed for 2 days with no way to contact them. Very unprofessional they aren't getting any where near me with a needle.
Very simple to schedule routine blood work. Communication regarding appointment time and check-in via text messages were appropriate. Quest is conveniently located near my home. Their phlebotomists are professional and skillful.
