The most unprofessional and rude staff I’ve ever encountered at a quest location.
Everything was great except the location. You had one location much closer to me, but you closed that one.
It's really easy to schedule an appointment on the app. Making an appointment always results in very little wait time. The phlebotomists are always competent and nice and as painless as possible. I've never had a negative experience at any of the local locations.
