The waiting area is WAY too small with only 5 seats, especially in such a big building. However, the phlebotomist was super nice and personable.
Terrible experience. Location was obviously overbooked as waiting room filled up to where no seats were available and patients were waiting in their cars. Was harassed to pay small balance I have been disputing for over one year that Quest should be collecting from my secondary insurance. Then pressured to provide credit card to be put on file (as if I would dumb enough to do that). Ashley was the very best!!! Efficient and painless. She saved me so much time, effort, and money by her willingness to contact the doctor’s office to straighten out the blood work orders. Can’t say enough nice things about her. Thank you, Thank you!!
