Great place when you need them, very professional
Scheduling is easy and quick. Notifications are timely and not overdone. With an appointment I had less than a minute wait. My phlebotomist, Bailey, was friendly and personable, professional, and very good with the needle. I didn't feel more than a prick and had no bruising whatsoever. I also like how quickly an email arrives to retrieve your test results and that they offer a comparison from previous tests.
Bailey was awesome… I hate needles..I my veins run when trying to poke them.. so she talked to me keeping my mind occupied so I didn’t freak out about the needle.. wonderful personality and she is getting familiar with my veins… respect that she cares about her patients..:
I really appreciate that they got my results back by the next day. I know that was not guaranteed.
