I was a walkin and they said it would be an hour wait. After 2 hours, I asked and they told me they only take walkins when people don't show up for appointments. Definitely an appointment only lab! I feel bad for the older patients who didn't have appointments 😕
Close to incompetent. I told them it was my son’s first time having blood work done. They talked the entire time about how they couldn’t find any veins. The first time the tried they did the thing where they move the needle around in your arm. She then pulls it out and asks for help. The other lady who came over was more concerned with answering a question from someone in the phone and took a look at both his arms and then went back to the phone. I went in to Quest for a blood draw. I asked the first nurse I saw (I don't recall her name) how many years of blood drawing experience she had and she answered something like 20+. She proceeded to stab me twice - once in each arm. Both attempts were very painful and neither was successful. Instead of giving her a third opportunity, I asked for a different nurse who drew the blood painlessly. For the 1st nurse, I'd give her a zero rating. For the 2nd, I'd give her a 10 rating, hence the 5 rating above.
Fast service! Easy check in, took my blood super fast. I was done within 5 minutes. The staff is friendly.
