Can't get ahold of a person at all and they aren't billing my secondary insurances instead sent me the bill then sent to collections.
This review is the first negative experience that I've had at Quest on Loop 337. I went today with a sample ordered by my doctor, Bailey assisted me with a dry unhelpful attitude. My doctors office didn't include a diagnostic code with the diagnosis. She said the order was incomplete and unless the doctors office supplied the code by end of business today, my sample would be destroyed and I'd have to repeat the process. Friendly, put me at ease immediately and got results the first time. Extremely pleased
Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the young lady that did my blood draw yesterday but let me tell you it was the fastest and most painless draw I have ever had. I can't praise this girl enough, fast, painless, and to the point. 10of10 would recommend you give this location a try the next time you need a blood draw done.
