Fast, efficient, and friendly.
I made the appointment in the morning, arrived to check in and was called back within 5 minutes. Veronica was excellent! I usually don’t do well with getting blood drawn but no problems yesterday! Very thankful that Veronica was experienced. Highly recommend!
While the team working here was polite and nice, the wait times were unacceptable. I followed the instructions to arrive early for my 11:10 AM appointment (arrived before 11:00 AM), only to wait in an overflowing room until 12:10 PM to be seen. Having an appointment should mean a reasonably prompt visit. Given the drive to get here, I will likely look for a closer or better-managed location next time even if a bit inconvenient for the doctors.
I made an appointment and was seen close to that time. My blood was drawn painlessly and professionally.
Just left this office . Yesterday my son had a apointment to have his blood drawn and it went amazing with the lady who performed the procedure . However come today and my sons phone is lost so therefor I’m Back tracking my steps and end up calling to check if it’s here . No answer . I go ahead and call a higher upper who was also super sweet and was able To provide a back number to reach them .
