I have been to this location a few times. It's the best one in new Braunfels. Staff is on top of their game and super helpful. I was seen on time for my appointment, and treated really well by everyone I encountered. This location is exemplary in how they handle patients and is really well run, especially compared to other locations around town.
Bailey is excellent, quick, fast and easy. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Pleasant personality. I go several times a year and it’s always Bailey. Thank you Sarita Tijerina
Can't get ahold of a person at all and they aren't billing my secondary insurances instead sent me the bill then sent to collections.
