Bailey, at the New Braunfels office, was kind and personable getting me in-and-out and was very gentle taking my blood samples!
There is nothing in the waiting room besides a faulty self help kiosk and other frustrated patrons. No customer service or clerks to help. You can be savvy with an IPad, but it won't save you time unless the 4 people ahead of you are as well. Miserable experience. I left after 20 minutes without my tests, and will just go somewhere else from now on.
I always have my 3-month blood draw here, and Bailey has always done my blood draw. She is always patient and helpful. She is an asset to Quest Diagnostics.
All the women there are so personable and very efficient!
