I was called in at my scheduled appointment time. The technician was kind and did a great job. I will definitely use this location again. (Orchard st)
They say walk-ins are welcome but they ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT! YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT! DO NOT GO WITHOUT ONE! I know this is not the lab tech's fault but it is terrible business practice on the part of QUEST! I was supposed to do a morning fasting bloodwork so I hadn't eaten in over 12 hours, this is something that should be considered at check-in as a kiosk question "did you have to fast? yes or no?" so the tech gets a pop up and can triage people like us waiting without an appointment. ZERO STAR — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I drove 30 minutes for my scheduled drug test appointment. The confirmation message clearly stated that I MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 11:30. I arrived at 11:18, well within the required time. Despite this, the woman working there refused to take my test, claiming she had other appointments and that it was “almost 11:30.” That is absolutely NOT my problem — I showed up at the exact time THEY told me to be there.
