They say walk-ins are welcome but they ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT! YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT! DO NOT GO WITHOUT ONE! I know this is not the lab tech's fault but it is terrible business practice on the part of QUEST! I was supposed to do a morning fasting bloodwork so I hadn't eaten in over 12 hours, this is something that should be considered at check-in as a kiosk question "did you have to fast? yes or no?" so the tech gets a pop up and can triage people like us waiting without an appointment.
