Had a wonderful experience! I was taken back for my test right on time, which I really appreciated. A huge thank you to Denise (I believe that was her name - Maybe it was Danine?) for being so skilled and kind. She was fast, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
I arrived at 10:45 on Sunday and no one was there, the door was locked. Their scheduled hours are to be open until 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. This was December 7th, not a holiday unless they closed for Pearl Harbor Day. ----- If Google soon shows that they are closed on Sunday, it's only because *I* made the change, not because the staff at Quest bothered to. I went to the office on Black Friday it was the black lady was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and she did not wait on me and two other ladies stating they were closed after we waited at least 45 minutes, she even lock the door while we was there, that was one of the worst quest facilities , never ever want to go back there ever again
