We were a walk-in. The nurse drawing my wife’s blood at the Nanuet location was the best for someone who has small veins. Clara was excellent and we highly recommend her. She was patient, polite, and understood her anxiety. For the first time my wife didn’t even feel the needle and she has had very bad experiences her entire life when it came to bloodwork.
Nurse was nice, patient, competent, drawing blood was painless. In and out in under 10 minutes. MY ISSUE was that there's no front desk with a human to talk to, when you write 'walk-in' on the kiosk it tells you the next available appointment is in three hours but you could choose to wait. It's good i 'choose to wait' because I was called in one minute later.
