The phlebotomist was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She was in room # 1, she answered all my questions and I left the office very pleased. I would recommend the office at 1815 East Lake Meade to anyone because the staff is very efficient.
I did a bunch of tests a couple days ago. I received a message last night that they had taken too long to test one of the blood vials and its results are compromised. So now I have to take another trip in to their facility. Day ruining? No but irritating.
I was stuck with needle twice but appointment time is accurate they call you on time, and they are respectful.
I was right in and right out.
