Once checked in, online via text message, for my scheduled appointment, I was in and out, easy as pie!
It was easy to make my appointment online. My appointment was on time and my lab tech was professional, kind and sensitive to making sure I was comfortable. The faculty was clean.
The phlebotomist, whose name I failed to get, was really sensational. I am a very hard stick and my recent experiences have been simply horrible. I have gotten to the point where I will endure one stick then I'll leave. One stick was all she needed, which, frankly, was sensational.
