Probably the worst service. Non sympathetic people. We waited for hours.
You can't schedule with a live person and the automated service is borderline impossible to use.
My phlebotomist was very accommodating and timely. I checked in and got called back within minutes. I thought i was going to lose my appointment time since I checked in very last minute but i was still seen in a timely manner and was in and out of the facility within 20 minutes! The phlebotomist was great too! I wish i got her name! Check in was a breeze as well especially if you make an appointment!
Great location! Easy to find-Quest clearly labeled above doorway so can see it from parking lot. 20+ chairs in the waiting room so plenty of empty seats. Check in kiosks were easy to use. With an appointment, only waited about 10-15 minutes on a busy morning. Friendly staff as well.
