I had to go here for a drug screen. I was not told you can make an appointment and got threatened and waited over and hour. They need more staff this is ridiculous when you have to wait this long.

My husband and I were In and out in 15 minutes for a wellness exam and labs! Awesome staff! Tracy was great!
My husband and son went for blood work! My husband told the rude lady behind the counter that the order he had didn’t include everything that was needed. So he asked her to call the Doctors office. The girl didn’t want to. Since she refused to call the doctors office my son didn’t get all the tests nessesary to complete his diagnosis. Now I am being told he has to go back for the test that were not included and I will have to pay again for more blood to be drawn simply because someone didn’t want to do their job correctly!
