Went there this morning, cause it says its open at 7. Drove 15 miles to get there. Not a single person was there. I dont believe anyone was in the office either. Once I signed in I was directed that the next available appointment would not be until 1030 am. Thanks alot QUEST!!!
Go to any other location but this one. Through a contracting company I was told to perform drug testing here. The day before my start date I was informed my drug testing results were found to be “missing” by Quest. Quest knew this days before and instead of notifying my potential employer Quest kept it quiet. Quest stated it was missing due to the negligence of the staff member that administered the test. Due to this error the employer has rescinded their offer leaving me JOBLESS.
Friendly staff. Efficient staff. The computer system has been broken for them all week making orders difficult. Luckily I had printed mine out. Quest corporation should fix the computer system. ??
