THIS IS NOT AGAINST THE STAFF AT ALL - It’s against the staffing. I dread everytime I need to get blood work here. Getting appointments is basically impossible. Being a walk in means waiting 1-2 hours. Pain when you’re fasting. I wish they staffed more so the staff busy with constant incoming ppl wouldn’t feel as stressed, and the incoming ppl wouldn’t be frazzled by the wait times
Absolutely awful experiences here. First time, they complained about not having the right script despite my doctor having sent it, so I left without anything being done. The second time, I came in as a walk in and sat in an empty lobby for over 45 minutes with nobody seeing me at all, as the occasional single person went in and out. I finally gave up and left. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
They were very fast, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend them but check to see if they accept your insurance before you go.
