The Wait Time Was Enjoyable Visiting With Others And The Incredibly Kind Lady Who Did Such An EXCELLENT Job Drawing My Labs.. And Wearing Pink Scrubs Like I Used To Years Ago, Made The Lab Draw Even Better!!!!

This quest location is terrible. When I check in, there were only 4 people at 10 am in the lobby. Now they are over 10 people in lobby waiting at 11: 05 am. The staff is either on their phones or working super slow. It looks like they maybe 4 or more staff members at location to work. It looks like they are calling 1person (patient) every 45 minutes or an hour. To office manager, regional and district manager please review this location. Just left the Montgomery Street facility and Wow!! What a wonderful experience. Clean facility, easy check in. Fast and efficient.The gentleman that drew my blood was good at his job. Didn't even know he did it. Total time from check in to walking out the door was 10 minutes. Thank you Quest Diagnostics. Highly recommend and I will be back!
