If you try to make an appointment it's all technical. I went into a location and still had to go through a electronic device. No humans until you get your blood drawn. I was very frustrated with the whole process.😥😕 But when I finally found a human she was very helpful

Jiezel who drew my labs was phenomenal!!!! I did not even feel the needle go in. And she was also warm, welcoming and put me readily at ease. Making the appointment online was easy! Checking in via text was easy. Easy patient parking behind the building. The facility is clean. This is a wonderful location to use if you need lab work.
I love not being able to reach quest when I need to call and try to talk to a human being. Not once in three weeks have they answered a single call, their voice mailbox is always full and not once has it lasted more than four rings before they forward my call. Just great.
