I came here and was a bit confused on the parking but a police was circling around and he showed me where to park which is behind the building and its not a charge. I came in about 745am and no one was there, the kiosk was unavailable until 8am and workers finally started to pour in about 755am. I signed in as a walk in because I saw the reviews that Appointments are typically not honored. The online kiosk said next appointment is not until 2pm and keep in mind it was 8am. The phlebotomist was super friendly, made me feel comfortable and not nervous. She also asked to make sure that I was doing okay during the blood draw. She was very nice and I appreciate that, especially since I hate getting my blood drawn.
