I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's almost impossible to check in and have your lab done after you've seen your doctor because your information is not transferred down to the lab soon enough, also the check-in process is difficult and the people that work at the lab are very unfriendly and not very helpful. Also they are always very busy and it's hard to get an appointment for same day. Not a good place to go.
This is my Quest Diagnostic location because the location is convenient and the service is always accomodating and stellar so I use them and highly recommend them. The technique for my draw today, though I was more dehydrated than we would have liked, was such a credit to the technician's expertise! My arm veins weren't an option so she checked and found she could draw from the pronounced veins on the back of one hand! Bada bing, bada boom, next thing I knew, we were done! The kiosk wasn’t working and Jamie came out from the back and helped me get registered. She was AMAZING and so helpful! When my appt came up Jamie even drew my blood. She’s an Associate and went over and above the call of duty!

Jamie!! What an asset for us all and a true professional to the core. Doc had coded tests wrong & she let me call them and even tried to keep me with her for a response, but finally she agreed I should go to the waiting room. She never made me feel a bother and we both agreed medical staff is human too. Could've been a very negative experience for us both, but Jamie kept her cool the entire time and never wavered from the task at hand. My Quest on Montgomery St in Fort Worth has ALWAYS been exceptional!
