I don't like check-in kiosks. That said, I managed to figure it out--though another person at the time didn't. We wanted to ask a PERSON a question. Obviously the waiting room was under renovation somehow, and that was okay, but not nice. The person who took my blood was amiable, skilled, and knowledgeable.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Made an appointment for 10:30am and I still havnt been seen and neither has anyone scheduled 10:10am on. They just came out and said they were having a meeting so all appointments will be behind schedule. Excuse me?! Why in the world are yall having meetings during scheduled appointments?!?!? That's wildly inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful to everyone's time. Will not be going to this location ever again.
I ask for my results on the app and still don’t receive any response. Then the guy that took my blood work (from India) wasn’t helpful. I ask him to send by mail my results to my physician, he told me to create an account on the stupid App… and this happened (see attachment) 2 weeks and waiting… very unprofessional.
