I ask for my results on the app and still don’t receive any response. Then the guy that took my blood work (from India) wasn’t helpful. I ask him to send by mail my results to my physician, he told me to create an account on the stupid App… and this happened (see attachment) 2 weeks and waiting… very unprofessional.

As you enter there is no signage outside that I could see to indicate there is a quest diagnostics inside the building. You have to park in the back & it wasn’t even mentioned on the elevator list. Once you get inside it’s on the first floor at the back, not too hard to find once you’re inside.
