Question is a great place for Lab work.
Went in for a blood draw it would’ve been nice to have the nurse/doctor say good morning, how are you, but no straight to the point. I felt like a robot and very condescending the way she talked wasn’t a very good experience. Nice welcoming, pleasantries would have been great as to all people that arrive to this location.
I’m vasovagal so I appreciate how Sheila and Giselle were very patient and professional with me!
I've been coming to the Quest Diagnostics on Pacific Street for a while now and consistently have a great experience. The phlebotomists here are skilled and efficient and know what they're doing, and I've never had a painful draw. I always schedule an appointment online ahead of time, which makes the whole visit quick and painless. The staff is friendly and professional, and I'm usually in and out in no time. For routine bloodwork, this is my go-to spot on the Monterey Peninsula. Highly recommend making an appointment!
I am not a baby about getting a blood test. Not at all. But this time, it hurt. A lot. Not with the puncture but during the draw. I must have slightly moved my arm at some point and the technician "yelled" at me..."don't move your arm!" I told her it hurt and she said, "I can take it out.
