Quest sent the wrong lab results to my doctor and included tests that I was never given, and listed that I went to Sacramento for my test (which I did not). These were clearly someone else's results. So, I'm assuming someone else has mine. My doctor and I discussed this and she said I need to get them to reissue the blood tests immediately because I have medication that depends on those results. The staff was very friendly and professional! Though the check in kiosk said my walk in wait time was over an hour, I waited only about five minutes. Highly recommend!

Holly is my favorite phlebotomist but yesterday I was happily surprised that Grace also has a very gentle hand and is excellent at drawing my blood. I am considered a.” hard stick.” for MRIs and everything else but quest diagnostics is the only place I will go and I prefer the 757 Pacific St. Location
