Just came out of this office, it was a horrendous experience and at the end of it, still didn't get my bloodwork done. I had an apt. scheduled ahead, still waited for 40 mins, and no staff came to the front office, had to start knocking just for someone to come look that I wasn't the only on in a packed lobby! Family has had several bad experiences at this facility with employees failing to list ordering physicians to receive test results, failing to note test results copies to be sent to us & asking us to sign our names on a blank screen, falsely claiming it's to verify correct identity when its an advanced beneficiary notice saying you agree to pay in full for a test. Awful. This office has botched my blood work over and over. They often say they haven't received the order, even though my doctor's office has documentation to show they've already faxed it multiple times. Today they botched the same test for the 2nd time this week. First they didn't take enough blood so the lab couldn't run the test due to insufficient amount - this was because they didn't understand the test/order, not because they couldn't get enough from my vein.
