I am not a baby about getting a blood test. Not at all. But this time, it hurt. A lot. Not with the puncture but during the draw. I must have slightly moved my arm at some point and the technician "yelled" at me..."don't move your arm!" I told her it hurt and she said, "I can take it out. You're the boss" said in what I felt was a condescending manner. We finished the draw and I left. Later, I took off the bandage to reveal a large bruise. Technician was very friendly and competent. Greeted my and wished me to have a good day. Very friendly. I have had her several times before and she is so nice. Happy to have her as my technician.
Fast service , check in was hard but rest is easy . Nice people working there
I had an appointment and I was taken in for service at the appointed time. The staff were friendly and professional. There was an unexpected fee for the blood draw of over $200! Is this a new policy to charge first and wait for the secondary insurance to pay after Medicare? Fortunately, I could pay the fee, but I wonder if you announce the possibility of such a large fee routinely when an appointment is made? That will help with future appointments for me and others. Thank you.
