I needed a blood test and there were no appointments available for five days. I went in and registered and was told I had to wait in my car. I had one person in front of me without an appointment. I waited two hours in my car in the snow and cold. When I went in the girls inside were laughing at me saying they couldn’t believe I waited. Then they stuck me twice before I gave my one vial of blood. Inconsiderate and incompetent it was disgraceful!
