The staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful! Clean facility. Easy check in.
The man with the long hair and beard is so, so kind every time I need my blood drawn. He's also very gentle with the blood draws.
I don't remember his name, but the man at Mosside Village in Monroeville, PA, is the best! He is so friendly and does an excellent job taking blood. I have gone to him many times, and he is always good, kind, and friendly. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else!
Kudos to Ashley, at QUEST 2644 Mosside Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146. I went there on Feb. 28, 2025. Ashley is an extremely competent phlebotomist - she found the vein in seconds, and drew blood in a few more seconds, without any pain or discomfort on my side. On top of that, she is very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions concisely, respectfully, and completely.
Unclean facility. Staff also very rude. Came early for my appointment, but was served late because they wanted to fiddle with the door and were screaming . The other Monroeville location is better.
