I had an outstanding experience at the Northern Pike Quest Diagnostics thanks to Danielle, whose skill and professionalism truly set her apart. I’ve been a difficult draw for decades due to very small, rolling veins, and I walked in already sore and bruised from a previous draw the day before. Because of that, I was honestly bracing myself for another rough visit. Danielle changed that immediately. As long as you don’t get the older curly haired blonde woman you’ll be fine. She acts like your very presence there is an annoyance, and does not try to hide it. Maybe she just had a bad day? I’m friendly and easy going, but never been treated like that by a professional. Will just find another location in the future.
The phlebotomist I had was amazing! Very quick and painless while maintaining professionalism she had small talk to keep me distracted/comfortable. I believe no one would have blood draw fear if they had her as their phlebotomist. She needs a huge raise!
