Technician, Shauna at the Monroeville Northern Pike site was very professional, friendly and very skilled. She completed the blood draw efficiently and painlessly.
Wait time was almost zero. Recommend making an appointment to ensure excellent service time. Phlebotomist was excellent and friendly.

Appointment scheduled for today first client of the day. The technician was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and helpful with drawing my blood as I am a difficult draw. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her. Definitely will be going back to this facility.
I was in and out . This lady was having a conniption because the next available appointment was at 11:30 and because she thinks the world revolves around her she kept going on and on about how she had things to do . Review policies before you go schedule an appointment. Then check in . I didn’t even sit for 10 mins and went back before people who was there before me because I scheduled an appointment.
