The phlebotomist I had was amazing! Very quick and painless while maintaining professionalism she had small talk to keep me distracted/comfortable. I believe no one would have blood draw fear if they had her as their phlebotomist. She needs a huge raise!
I didn't like how the tech took a patient ahead of my scheduled appt., all b/c he scheduled an appt. later in the morning & cried to the tech that he was there ahead of schedule & he should be taken back next! And the tech took him before me! Will never come back to this Quest (one Monroeville center) for the b.s. of that.
Blood work was done in less than 10 minutes. Very experienced and friendly staff.
