I arrived at my appointment, I checked in and then they let me know that they are actually closing and I will have to come back. Not very respectful of people’s time.
They changed their location to Suite 502. The staff that took my blood was very quick and precise. It is very hard to find my vein, but she was excellent at it. Another Quest in Lowell had the needle in my arm and moved it around to try to find my vein. It was painful. I would have given it 5 start. This was my first time visit this hospital. The was no sign on the outside to suggest the direction to the main entrance, and the people who valet the car gave the wrong information. I will go here again for my labs. The staffs w... read more
I had a great experience, the staff was polite, and considerate to me throughout the entire process.
They deserve absolutely no stars. My mother went to the Quest diagnostic laboratory at St.Elizabeth Hospital today (05/10/2023) around 1:30pm. She was attended to by two of by far the rudest laboratory techs she had ever encountered. Her experience started out by them demanding her to pay a $60 co-payment that is not required by her insurance.
