This location is Very nice, clean, cold ac on a hot Houston day and a friendly lab tech Diamond.. I was greeted correctly and verified who I was like on every visit when I go wayyyyy to the Medical Center 20 minus away..pay $10 for parking, waiting time at that location…This was a 10am appointment and I was in and out under 10 minutes. My appointment apparently began in the middle of a shift change. The person that called me to the room handed me off to a technician who completed the blood draw. There was no explanation or introduction. I was not sure if the new person was a trainee and asked if she was. Perhaps, she was insulted by my question such that her approach was aggressive. Great and painless service!
I loathe Quests practice and policies. Poor customer service. You make an appointment but don't get seen when you schedule. What's the point of providing your medical information when you schedule if you have to re-enter it when you get here. Only one check-in kiosk and no office clerk so the techs have to help, making scheduled patients wait. Their billing department sucks. Needless to say, I can't stand Quest.
