My appointment was set up with easy check-in on my phone. Place was clean, technician was polite, experienced and efficient.
They always have appointments that’s why my mother in law went today. She was treated poorly by the phlebotomist lady today. She had to take her business to Labcorp. Never ever returning to this Quest facility.
I have to say..this location was very convenient..plus I had a very good experience from checking in, to very little wait time and the tech .. she was very friendly and well mannered and plus she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. This statement is true for me. Thanks
