Appointment at 6:00AM..building dark and locked…4 cars waiting in parking lot…finally left at 6:15. Second time this has happened.

Good afternoon, I went first thing at 7am to do the drug test. They said I needed an appointment. I made one for 1pm and show up there. Now they're saying the machine is down and can't do drug test. No call or anything beforehand . So the lady is like, " you can try the the other place a few miles away. So I go there and go figure You also need an appointment. Just playing With people's time money and my prospective job.
2 reasons I'm now going to Labcorp after going to Quest for 20 years...Evelyn...& now it's appointment only...but the biggest one is Evelyn.
Lovely Lady took care of me 6/24/21 6AM she was quick professional and pleasant didn’t even feel the needle when I got blood work I will be returning there for all future blood work and hope she’s there
