Good experience. Very streamlined and easy checkin experience and the worker was professional and kind.
Joined the standby list before 4pm and I was the first one on the list. I was told no standby acceptable today around 4:20pm when there’s no one on the appointment list. They served 4 ppl in total while I was waiting.
I arrived more than 10 mins past my appointment so I registered as walk-in. The wait time was minimum considering that it was a busy day. Staff took my blood sample professionally. I drank water and waited in the lobby to get urine sample. Staff was very nice and patient, allowing me to wait for 1 hour in lobby. I am very satisfied with this visit. Would come back again.
Not sure why many others had a bad experience here I was skeptical looking at the reviews but still chose this location for my testing as it was right next to where I live I had a really good experience and Manny ( i think I am getting the name correctly) was very considerate and polite about all of my questions and concerns about the testing I also did a walk-in and they were still able to accommodate me within an hour itself
