Had an 8:30 am appointment. Showed up 5 mins early and they took me right in. Maria, my phlebotomist, was also lovely and efficient.
This was a horrible experience with a very rude technician. My 18 year old daughter had an 8 am appointment, She sat for about a half hour, seeing others go before her, before she asked when her time was. The tech was rude, told her she did not have an appointment, despite already being checked in. We have come to quest many of times under this same doctor, and the order is always already in the system and we pay out of pocket. Had to wait a while despite being there before my appointment. When my name was called, I went in but didn't even get a "hello". The phlebotomist couldn't find my work order and I had to show her the work order before she could locate it in the system. When she drew my blood, she wasn't very gentle and the extraction site still hurts, a day later.
