I read some other reviews. I get their frustration. It must have been my lucky day because I have also been in the same situation many reviewers posted. My phlebotomist was very kind and gentle. I wish everyone in healthcare was like her.
I continued to be disgusted by the inhumane treatment to which Quest clients are subjected. The staff are nasty and argumentative, seem devoid of courtesy and are frankly most concerned about leaving the facility early if they possibly can. I have encountered this so many times at Quest that I now can see that this nastiness is institutionalize. The staff member could not pronounce my name clearly. She could not find the proper orders for my tests. She required my help at every step in the process. I waited for 20 minutes despite having an appointment.
A total POS experience trying to book an appointment online. This is a horrible experience. Pathetic. Taking human beings out of the process and automating it delivers the worst experience and ZERO results. My elderly father needs a test and according to Quest will have to wait 30 days
