Great service with a bus load of patience with clients
Efficient, convenient, and friendly!
Understaffed. Quest now has monopoly and control. No where else to go. We are senior citizens and Quest claims labs are very busy Jan-March due to more insurance coverage.
The location of this quest is terrific. Some of the staff have been great at times. But it is chronically understaffed, way overcrowded, and always running late. Corporate should significantly invest more staff in this location
