Super friendly, reliable and convenient. Easy to make appointments or walk-in. Never any issues here unlike the Beeches location. Great bedside manner, fast and easy to use. Evana was a breath of fresh air, super kind, great bedside manner and easy to work with which was a relief after multiple bad experiences at the other location. Welcoming office and staff and puts mind at ease being easily located at the hospital :).
The total private equity monopoly experience: no receptionist, a machine to check yourself in, a note on the door that says "do not knock," a small waiting room overstuffed with sick people, and loud country music. Are there no competitors to Quest?
Terrible place to go for blood work. Buyer beware.
Our dr was AMAZING - so patient and kind with my 3.5yo. This was his first time giving blood - Mama was very nervous - esp for 12 vials.... He was a champ! She was GREAT!
